Councill Realty & Management is pleased you have chosen to rent one of our properties. In doing so, you have a staff of professionals to ensure your time with us is pleasant and worry free.

  4. Maintenance Requests – Please submit all maintenance requests online through the Inosio tenant portal. Click here to get started.
  5. Emergency Calls  will be accepted for the following items only: Fire, No Heat, Major Water Leak. Any other maintenance request will not be addressed until normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please note we close daily from 1-2:00pm

RENTAL PAYMENTS

  1. Due on the 1st of the month, late after the 5th.
  2. No Cash
  3. Rental Payments are NOT accepted at the counter in the office. You can mail the payments to P.O. Box 6157 Norfolk, VA, 23508-0157. You can also use our convenient drop box located at the front of our office at 108 W. 20th Street, Norfolk, VA, 23517. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  4. Please remember to write your name and address in the memo of your check, money order/cashiers check and on the envelope.
  5. You can pay your rent online through Inosio. Visit https://portal.inosio.com/
  6. On Inosio – If it is your first time logging onto Inosio, click the sign up button to register.  Follow the onscreen instructions.  Please call Inosio @ 833-346-6746 with any technical issues you may encounter.

 

ZEGO IS NO LONGER IN USE – EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2026.

 

An invitation to the INOSIO tenant portal has been sent to your email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, kindly contact the office to update your email and request a new invitation

Alternatively, you click the Inosio link in #5 to register and start making payments.  

ONLINE PAYMENTS CAN TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
