Welcome Home! Councill Realty & Management is happy you have chosen to rent one of our many properties. In doing so you will have a staff of professionals to ensure your time with us is pleasant and worry free. We have 24 hour Emergency Maintenance for Fire, No Heat, and Major Water Leaks as well as prompt, professional service for all non-emergency maintenance requests.
Please make sure to include your name, address and contact information along with a detailed description of your maintenance request (how long its been going on, specific location in the unit, etc…)
You can contact the office in the following ways concerning maintenance:
- Call us – (757) 622-5500
- Maintenance Request form (non-emergencies) – These simple forms can be mailed to the office or left in the drop box. If you need more forms please stop in the office to pick some up or call us and request some to be mailed to you!
- EMERGENCY CALLS will be accepted for the following items only: Fire, No Heat, Major Water Leak. Any other maintenance request will be taken during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
RENTAL PAYMENTS
- Due on the 1st of the month, no later than the 5th.
- No Cash
- Rental Payments are not accepted over the counter in the office. You can mail the payments or use our convenient drop box located at 4101 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA.
- Please remember to write your name and apartment address in the memo of your check, money order or cashiers check.
- Please remember to always include your name and address on the envelope.
- You can pay your rent online through ZEGO. Visit https://payments.gozego.com/login/resident
- Follow the onscreen instructions to set up an account if you do not already have one. Please call ZEGO @ 866-729-5327 with any technical issues you may encounter.
Should you have any questions concerning your rent, please call the office at (757) 622-5500 and request to speak with the accounting department. The bookkeeper is available to assist you Monday – Friday 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM!
